Joondelup – the cafe city with no cafes

So this morning I decided to go to imitation freo  for breakfast (Joondelup) at one of the many trendy cafes that an imitation freo should have.
I think I should illustrate with some photos so as to better prove my point.

Of note is the similar architecture and general city layout. The difference however is that Joondelup, has no fucking cafes. The only place I could find food at 9am in the morning that wasn’t fast food was at the Joondelup hotel, which was far from the trendy cafe I was hoping to have breakfast in.
Joondelup is just far enough from anything else, and enough of a central hub that it would effortlessly sustain a whole bunch of cafes if anybody bothered. *sigh*

I’ve been reading Neil Strauss’ “The Game” for a few days now, it’s an interesting book with a few techniques I think I will have to try in the short term.
