On The rest of the weekend, and back to work we go..
Posted by tmz_99 on September 12th, 2006 filed in UncategorizedThe rest of the weekend was tired after a raukus Friday night, with some work going on in the house as well as a lot of Oblivion. I changed some settings around and now I have to say it looks fucking brilliant, as opposed to just brilliant. It runs faster too 🙂 Good thing I haven’t got a laptop capable of playing anything like that out here.
Ah yes, out here…. I think my general sentiments at the moment are best summed up by this Robert Frost poem:
Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening
Whose woods these are I think I know,
His house is in the village though.
He will not see me stopping here,
To watch his woods fill up with snow.
His house is in the village though.
He will not see me stopping here,
To watch his woods fill up with snow.
My little horse must think it queer,
To stop without a farmhouse near,
Between the woods and frozen lake,
The darkest evening of the year.
To stop without a farmhouse near,
Between the woods and frozen lake,
The darkest evening of the year.
He gives his harness bells a shake,
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound’s the sweep,
Of easy wind and downy flake.
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound’s the sweep,
Of easy wind and downy flake.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
As per the usual, I did not manage to sleep at all last night, rather just lay there with my eyes closed wishing for sleep to take me. Next time I may as well give up and just stay up all night having fun.

I didn’t get much sleep on the plane either, as the guy behind me was just too tall and kept digging into my back with his knees. *sigh*
So today Im lucky enough at not having a huge amount of work, I should be able to get it all out of the way soon and just sort of float along. No gym 2night….
Speaking of which, Im thinking of a skewered programme for the next 2 weeks, 30% cardio, %50 core exercises and %20 muscle gain….. I’ll give it a go for a week and see how I go.:P
