And so the trip continues, full moon party and more..

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, since my last post I fell very ill and could not go outside or even get out of bed. I did go see the rocks in question however cut my trip very short due to an overwhelming urge to fall over. Later that eavening when I managed to get out of bed I went to one of the chemists and decided to self medicate. (They have pseudo ephidring 60mg PURE over the counter here…. ) so yeah, the psuedo and a mix of 2 other concoctions and I was walking around, woozily at first but progressively better.

I picked up my suits… very happy with the result, I think I need some with more of a coat and tail next time.

I’m pretty sure that may have been the night I met Sam, either way, hooked up with this chick called sam who has a penchant for immitating mosquitos, at the moment my neck looks like a warzone.. 😐
Ended up going with her to the full moon party last night, I have to say until that moment I was still questioning the decision to come to Samui, it’s not exactly cheap and theres nothing THAT oustanding about it, but being on that beach with 60,000+ other people just going for it was something else indeed. They sell BUCKETS of alcohol for about 300baht ($10) which feature your choice of concoction, usually involving red bull, some other local drinks and perhaps vodka or scotch.  The night was pretty sweet with only minor problems, some guy who wanted to beat some chick up, so I had to stand up to him, and then later some chick passed out  and then finally the jet-boat ride home on a boat that was needlesly over-packed. I did see Mal from the rigs, if only for about 30 seconds as I danced on some podium.

The whole setup is that along the beach, about every 100m is another club, playing music onto the beach, this stretches for the whole beach so you get to expereience some great sounds just going along it. I have some problems with my camera however, I don’t think the card is very happy as it keeps wanting to format, so I’ll stop fucking around with it until I get back to Perth.

Today has been pretty chilled out, woke up about 2pm (got back from the full moon about 6:30). Then after chilling out for about an hour went round to Sam’s and then we went out for some breakfast/lunch in a local restaurant with a pool and great DJ playing, had some thai food, I really have to take some cooking classes i think… anyway… that about wraps it up for now, have to go hit up the happy hour pub (which is happy hour all day every day) and explain to my girl Ten there why my neck looks like a warzone before consuming some cheap/free drinks and then moving onto some seafood for dinner and then somewhere in the Green Mango will consume me.
