Commander in Chief

I don’t usually get involved in politics but something really interesting has developed on my “shit! that’s a good idea”-radar.
This really has to do more with US politics, but since John Howard has his head so far up Bush’s ass the truth is whatever happens there, is reflected here.
I recently had my attention drawn to a new show beginning titled “Commander in Cheif”. The premise is simple, it’s basically a show about a female US president.
The show will basically put the female president through her paces, showing how she overcomes adversity on not only an international scale but on the microcosmic scale that are white house politics. Overall however I believe it paints her in a positive light.

This co-incides very well with the next elections  in which Hillary Clinton is going to run. I would not at all be surprised to learn that somehow there was a contribution or concession made to somebody and this is a nice way of returning the favour. As the US readies itself to vote they will, thanks to what will definately be a grammy award winning show, be acclamitised to the idea of a female president. Tipping the odds in Hillariy’s favour.
It has been proven through time by Ronald Regan and Arold Scwartznegger that the US public does indeed take pop culture and votes accordingly.
I’d quite happy for her to be president just so that Australia no longer has it’s head up the US president’s ass, rather another part of her anatomy…..
