Somehow I’m not surprised

You scored as Satanism. Your beliefs most closely resemble those of Satanism! Before you scream, do a bit of research on it. To be a Satanist, you don’t actually have to believe in Satan. Satanism generally focuses upon the spiritual advancement of the self, rather than upon submission to a deity or a set of moral codes. Do some research if you immediately think of the satanic cult stereotype. Your beliefs may also resemble those of earth-based religions such as paganism.

I’m not really surprised by the result, altho I do think of myself as agnostic I have dabbled in other pagan religions in the past and can easily see where I get my belief system from.
I think I like being agnostic affords me the flexibility to truly set my own moral standards and be a hpocrite in all things and yet be able to wear my own burden of hypocrisy rather then blaming it on a god. It also appeals to me because it’s like the label for no label, sort of like ticking the ‘others’ box at the bottom of a questionaire.

Today is REALLY a Sunday, even being on a rig where days generally have no meaning the Sunday ‘vibe’ is really showing. Everyone is really relaxed, there is no wind and the sea is calm and during my break I observed a pod of ten dolphins playing in the water. Life on a rig rarely gets better.
Later in the week (Thursday) we are planning on a rig move, so everything will be hectic and more fun.

DOH poster

I saw Dukes of Hazzard yesterday. The movie was pretty much what I expected, a cheerful romp through the American countryside with fun being poked at rednecks by rednecks.
All the main leads did a brilliant job in their roles. Being that the movie has next to no definable plot there really isn’t much to write about it.
3.5 / 5 stars 🙂
