I only took one shirt with me and I got a bit sick of wearing it day in day out. So there I was in the changing room when it dawned on me that I am in possibly the worst shape I have been for maybe 2-3 years.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dustygroove.com\/images\/products\/c\/cosby_bill~_fatalbert_101b.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">I have been waylaying my slide into mediocrity with excuses, mainly:<br \/>\n1.) First it was my bday, then the xmas break = lots of food and drink and no exerciese<br \/>\n2.) New years I headed to Sydney, was on holiday = lots of food and drink and no excercise<br \/>\n3.) Then when I got back, I had my motorcycle accident = lots of pain and drink and no exercise\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">So yeah, I&#8217;ve had a bit of a bad run, so this morning the new diet began, an increase in exercise will be see and tomorrow I&#8217;ll be off to the gym (I have some pre-existing plans tonight, so I can&#8217;t really cancel them).\u00c2\u00a0 There is nothing quite as depressing as looking at yourself and not liking what you see.
